Both for ourselves as a business and for yourselves as our customers. With this in mind, we are encouraging our customers who do not already pay via GoCardless to do so.

Once your windows have been cleaned you will receive an email informing you that PSservices has requested £x to be debited from your account along with our contact details (should there be an issue with anything). Payment is then taken 7 days AFTER your windows have been cleaned, never before.

This form of payment benefits yourselves in that it only requires you to fill in a form one time, no more repeat monthly payments to perform.

This form of payment benefits ourselves in that payments are automatically recorded by the software that takes the payment, this dramatically reduces the administrative time required to record payments.

GoCardless is a means of taking payments via direct debit, as such it is protected by the direct debit guarantee.
